Kfc - Sunnyvale

Earlier today, I ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets meal that comes with a drink and fries. I ordered the meal with a side but the guy robert didn't give me the fries and drink. I came here to enjoy my food but the service wasn't great whatsoever because of that guy and I will not come here ever.

The female waitress had a very bad attitude and was very slow in serving the food. She kept chatting in the back.

I purchased through the KFC mobile app on Wednesday 1/17/2024. When I arrived at the restaurant they refused to give me my order making up claims that I needed to order again FOR THE SAME FOOD that they already had in the bag. They claimed that I would receive a refund. It didn't make sense because the app said that my order was ready. Fast forward a couple of days and now I need to dispute the charge on my credit card for food that I did not receive. I typically love KFC but this location is routinely horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to a different KFC or McDonalds across the street where they never get your order wrong

I’m not sure what the problem is with this place, but I’ve had countless instances where I received the wrong order, and once I asked them to remake it, they refused to do so. Save your money and go somewhere else this place honestly sucks.

KFC fun? It is if you attach at Taco Bell! Maybe whimsy but KFC is not something I can have all the time, still greasy yet ....PRO: Interesting Specials on the app for under $20 This KFC is revamped. I chuckled at some of the whimsy things they had there. Clean storeCON: Portions are getting small but it 's just as greasy as everSUMMARY:If you love KFC, you love it, despite the grease. This is one of the better locations I 've visited. Cool that Taco Bell was attached also
