I went to Currito in Sawgrass Mills Mall and the associate was assisting a customer when I got there. There were two other people waiting to give their order. In the back was two other employees whom seemed to be laughing and playing while Michael Wanamaker assisted 4 customers. I personally had to call the associate in the back and ask her to helps Michael. Michael is the reason I will go back. I give it 4 stars because the food is good and Michael.

We visited this restaurant yesterday and were disappointed to find no trays, no napkins, and no lemonade available. It seems they could use some improvement in customer service, as being unprepared for guests feels quite unprofessional. While the food was tasty, we won't be returning.

The burritos are delicious and affordably priced. While the service could use some improvement, I understand that many places are dealing with staff shortages.
