Mcdonald's - Sunrise

The breakfast was just okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. When I first entered, the place was completely empty, and the older woman at the counter wore a rather unfriendly expression, as if she really didn’t want to be there. There was no greeting or any form of conversation. I had placed a mobile order, and instead of asking who I was or how she could assist me, she simply placed the bag on the table and turned away. I had to call someone back just to request a few condiments and extra napkins. At this point, a manager came over with a similarly indifferent attitude. He was quite standoffish and stingy with the condiments. When I asked for an extra picante sauce and jelly, he handed me one of each without saying a word. Ironically, I noticed that the gentleman who walked in behind me received a warm and friendly greeting. I’m not sure if it was a racial issue or something else, but I was very disappointed, especially after spending $15 to $20 on a meal. I’ve visited this McDonald’s many times for lunch and dinner and have encountered much friendlier staff then, but I would never return for breakfast after this experience. The lack of customer service was truly awful.

The staff at this restaurant is both quick and friendly. Their level of service is impressive, especially for a fast food place, as they consistently demonstrate good manners. I always leave the drive-thru feeling satisfied because the employees say things like "Thank you" and "Have a good day," which is a refreshing change from the experience at places like McDonald's. The food is consistently hot, and the fries are never soggy or taste like they've been frozen for too long. Truly, great job to the management! You have an exceptional team that understands how to provide excellent customer service.

Totally Heaven compared to the atrocity nearest me on Pine Island and Southgate. They always do a good job here.

The fries were way too salty, and the fish had a rubbery texture. I ended up throwing it away. This is another McDonald's location that I will definitely avoid in the future.

This McDonald?s has one of the best customer service that I remember getting in my entire life! Congrats to the employees and management for such an amazing attitude!
