It's weekends after 3pm for curbside pickup only. The location is an industrial area. The fried ? is superb. We will definitely order again to support this ghost kitchen concept. I also found out there is another catering service called Gumbo Twist next door for infused cajun Caribbean creations.
Their fried ice cream is amazing!! The cookies n cream with a drizzle of caramel is theee best!! Ignore the person who said it’s in a Sketchy area. It’s an commercial area. We live in that community in sunrise… No issues.
Ummmmm ummmmmmm ummmmmm ohhhh so delish! My son and I stopped here to try this place out after putting it off and off. The ordering process was easy! The taste was soooo delicious! But driving home, I should’ve got mine not cut… my son devoured his. Then be put mine in the freezer and finished it off the following day! ????????? try them out!! You’ll love them!!
Tucked into this industrial office park off Oakland park Blvd and Hiatus is a “ghost kitchen concept” called Nelly’s Fried Creamery, who as the name suggests, makes fried ice cream. A closer look at the menu reveals they have 2 fully VEGAN options. I opted to try the “You Can’t Sit With Us” which consisted of Vegan fudge brownie wrapped around vegan caramel swirl ice cream almond milk . The product is NOT gluten free and they do warn of possible Cross Contamination As Vegan items are fried in the same oil as the conventional flavors. However, they are never fried at the same time. They also have Vanilla Ice Ice Baby which is a scoop of caramel ice cream almond milk covered in vanilla cake that I will definitely keep in mind for next time. Since this is a “ghost kitchen concept” there is no seating, and they ask you order ahead and text upon arrival, at that time is when they drop your ice cream to fry. The order comes up fast with a spoon and napkins and is ready to eat. They are only open on Saturday and Sunday in the afternoon, but that is the best time for ice cream anyway. You scream, I scream, we all scream for vegan fried ice cream!
