Panera Bread - Sunrise

Today I have one of the best teamworks I've ever seen in my whole life. The lady and the young man who serves the food and brings the bag to the front worked like champs, including the other lady who checked that all orders were correct. These people worked their ass at 12:30. Kudos to them, please forgive all the selfish people who complain about stupid things while you see how busy you were. I think a job must be well done and you were amazing!!!

Overall this is a pretty good fast food chain. Food portions are measured and tend to be on the skimpy/small side, especially for the price...but the taste is predictably good. Place is very clean and neat. Staff is friendly. If you are in a hurry you should order online direct with the store...15 to 20 minutes ahead of when when you want your food. Parking during peak times (lunch can be a bit of a hassle but you still find a spot to park. Coffee is kept fresh and if they run out...they will get one out for you quickly. The chipotle chicken sandwich is pretty tasty (as before...could use a more robust portion and their soups (squash, etc. are pretty good...price on these could be a bit lower especially on take out (again value for your money . This is a well run enterprise. Check them out...you will like the food.

Clean DELISH food. New Asian Crunch Chicken Salad and Chicken Soup. Not your typical chain. These guys do food so right YUM!

I just wanted to say thank you to the manager. Yesterday I did an online order for my husband to pickup. He got home home and my salad wasn’t there. I called and left a message, today I stopped in and spoke with the manager, he was so nice and apologetic. I understand things happen in this hectic world. His kindness and quickness to correct the mistake has retained me as a customer. It is so nice these days when you receive kind courteous and respectful customer service. Thank you again.
