Contribuisci feedbackEach time I visit this Subway, it appears that there's only ever one employee on duty. I've spoken with several former staff members, and they all seem to share similar opinions about the manager. I've never seen an employee stay there for more than two months. Initially, I thought it might be an issue with the employees themselves, but after hearing the same feedback from some of their more capable former workers, I've come to the conclusion that the problem lies with the management, not the staff.
You must try to visit when Roy is working! He is by far the best employee I've encountered here. He is friendly, polite, and offers outstanding customer service that I have never experienced before. Hire more people like him, and you will definitely see an increase in business!
I had the worst experience at this Subway. After having my sub made, I discovered a worm in it when I got home for dinner. The manager or owner was insincere in his apology and shifted the blame to the vegetables, refusing to take any responsibility. I wouldn't even give them a star if it were possible to post without one. This Subway should be shut down.
The person who prepare my sub was not wearing a mask. I felt so disappointed and he was asking me what else I wanted in my order and pretty sure spitting all over my food. I did nor say anything because I just wanted to leave the place. Paid and sub went straight to garbage
Tianna made excellent subs with great care. She was patient, kind, and made the subs with great speed and exactly to order.
