We (my partner and I both decided on the California Omelet for breakfast because it listed so many unusual ingredients which we were both interested in finding out how they tasted when cooked together in the omelet. It was a tasting delight, too many ingredients to list, but all cooked to perfection and folded into the omelet. Instead of coffee we opted to experiment more and ordered the passion fruit iced tea, I thought it terrible and couldn 't finish it, but that 's my fault, turns out I simply don 't like passion fruit flavor. Live and learn right? I never felt rushed while eating here even tho this place fills up quickly, prices are a tad high, but well worth the food and ambiance and service. I 've had they 're cheese cake, and find it terribly over priced. B.J.s sells what to me tastes exactly like what they sell here at 1/3 the price, I can 't tell the difference between the two. I will continue to come here when in the area, and highly recommend it to my friends.
I'm probably one of the few people who don't really like this place. The food generally makes me sick and I'm not fond of the food in the first place. The cheesecake is good but way over priced. It seems like a waste of money to go just for dessert. Especially when I can get in at target. Plus it will cut out the ridiculous amount of time I have to stand in line. The atmosphere is great but not worth it at all.
Because the forecast called for a very rainy day, I decided to frequent the sawgrass mall and eat at the cheesecake factory since I've never gone there. To get there you have to leave the mall proper and walk along shops that are well protected by awnings, that is till you get to the Cheese cake factory, the awnings ended, the rain was coming down by bucket fulls, and I was forced to retreat to the mall. Come on Cheesecake, don't be so cheesy, get an awning your losing customers. Four other people were in the same situation, we all went back to the mall. I won't comment on food or service since I couldn't get in. I still intend to try it, but only if it's not raining.
We usually have lunch or dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, but we decided to have breakfast last Sunday. They're breakfast is awesome! I ordered 2 eggs with hash browns, but it seemed like I got 4 eggs! The hash brown tasted really good. When we eat dinner we usually split 1 appetizer and 1 entrée as their portions are HUGE! No cost for splitting a meal either.
I know they have a million page menu, but the one thing that caught my eye the last time my husband and I went was the turkey club. It was HUGE and very tasty. As always, I wasn't able to finish the portion as they are always large enough to feed at least two people. I usually don't order the same thing twice when I go, but I'm thinking about repeating with this one!
