It had been years since I last had Red Rooster as a kid, and now at 21, I cannot believe I have been missing out. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was of the highest quality I have ever tasted. It surpassed any chicken I have ever had. Thank you so much, I will definitely be ordering again!
I just got my Uber Eats order and it all came in one bag. The person packing the orders apparently thought it was a good idea to place a cold bottle of water on top of the hot food. As a result, my food arrived cold. It's simple common sense to keep hot and cold items separate. Why should I have to reheat my food that I paid for and expected to be hot? This seems to be a recurring problem with Red Rooster (this location and Deer Park). They really need to improve their staff training when it comes to handling food properly.
The Red Burger is $4.95. I ordered a bacon and cheese burger combo, paid $13.75. So $8+ for a can of solo and small chips?!?;? But the two small chicken strips in the burger were ok I guess, small but that's not the issue, they were horrible tasting. The bacon was burned and unable to be chewed, it was so hard and dry. No cheese. I'm taking it back tomorrow morning, first thing. Even my staffy walked away from the bacon then chewed half of it for 11 minutes !!! Usually 2 minutes tops for a large piece of meat and bone, but it kept him anused and probably cleaned his teeth charcoal is good for that yeah?

I would not recommend working for the Indian managers at this restaurant. I applied for a job here through Indeed in 2022 and spoke with an Indian woman who helped me find a different job due to my similar work experience. However, I soon realized that the managers cheat their employees in various ways. They would deduct hours from our pay without explanation, play favorites among the staff, and even discourage employees from recruiting their colleagues. The managers also belittle and show favoritism towards certain employees, particularly the Indian woman. Overall, I advise teenagers and young adults to avoid working at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of the managers. Unless you are okay with being treated unfairly, I suggest looking for employment elsewhere.
