This great Italian restaurant takes gluten cross contamination seriously. I informed my server that I had Celiac disease before I even looked at the menu and asked if cross-contamination was a problem. He immediately told the kitchen and then returned to show elements on the menu that would be safe for me to eat. The manager/owner also came to the table to explain the food procedure for gluten-free pizza and pasta and I felt very assured that she understood the difference between people suffering from Celiac and those who choose not to eat gluten. I had pizza and it was the best GF pizza I had in a very long time. I plan to become regular and I recommend this restaurant to everyone, Italian cuisine (especially people with Celiac disease).
It was a wonderful evening. They were al super nice and gave me for free a glutenfree bruschetta. It was delicious. And the pizza was also good. Not as in italy but for mexico really good.
Perfect place! They really know about cross contamination. Great GF pizza e options of GF dessert, like chocolate mousse, crème brûlée… worth the visit if you are in Cancun e need GF options. Only my son is celiac but all the family loved the food and the place
