Domino's Pizza - Supply

This is the second time in a row that we have ordered from this store and the order has arrived not even close to what we ordered. This time I called and spoke with Josh, the manager, to let them know it was made wrong. He told me he had made the pizza, and he knew what he put on it. Then he should know that he did not make it as ordered. I ordered the Exravaganza with light sauce, light cheese, pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, beef, onions and black olives. When it arrived It was dripping in extra sauce, extra cheese, and only had pepperoni and Italian sausage on it. Josh blamed corporate for how much sauce was on the pizza, and when I told him what toppings were on it, he told me he knew he had put black olives on it... WRONG! There was only pepperoni and Italian sausage, not a black olive even loose in the box! He told me the best way to order and get what you want is to call the store instead of ordering online, but if Josh doesn 't read the order when he makes the pizza, it doesn 't matter how you place your order. Maybe its time to try Papa Johns next time. So Frustrating!!!!

This pizza and the delivery time were so bad that once the driver left I rec 'd an email stating We let you down . Had to throw the whole thing away. So much for pizza delivered to the house.

Not friendly manager did not charge like web site said would not change price

Just enjoyed two large pizzas from here- a Hawaiian and a Mediterranean. Really delicious hot yummy pizzas.

Never had a major issue until tonight. Order thin crust and said wanted pie cut but when it got here it was square. Cheese dip was drenched in grease. The bread bites were burnt. Apparently Josh the person it said did the quality Check can't tell when something brunt. And only thing that was right was the pasta lol. Kudos to Anthony (the driver) for being polite and here when it said he would be here. The cooks and quality checkers sucked tonight.
