Burger N8s - Suquamish

I really liked the food, but sadly their hours seem to be highly inconsistent. I don't think I've seen the trucks open in several months; the website seems to have been abandoned (online ordering never actually arrived).We always check when we drive by on our way to Poulsbo or Silverdale, and they are never open, no matter the weather, day of week, or time of day. It's a shame.

The food is really tasty, but the hours of operation are hit-and-miss (we 've only managed to drive past once or twice when they 're open during the advertised open hours). The website seems to be permanently down, but it 's prominently displayed on both trucks. Hoping the staffing problems are temporary (but they seem to have been that way for the past year for both this food truck and the neighboring Taco N8S truck), but it 's really difficult to predict when we 're going to be able to stop because their hours are so erratic. It 's a shame, because the food is really good (again, at both trucks).

Street tacos special was on point! Staff friendly. Will go back!

My wife and I had the classic bacon burgers and they were excellent. Fresh lettuce, tomato and the bacon was on point. The French fries were also tasty. Will definitely try more the menu when out in the area or after the casino. Definitely recommend.

This place is never open when they say they are going to be. So frustrating. When it has been the food is so hit or miss. So is the service !
