McDonald's - Sūrat

I couldn’t customise my order on Zomato and hence called the store and gave the order ID and specifically asked not to add onions to one of the Mc Aloo tikki burgers and yet they still did and the person it was for was left hungry due to this after waiting for 50 mins for the order.

We didn't got peri peri mix its added to the bill but didn't got

The order contained lesser items than specified. This is the 4th time this has happened. Pathetic service by McDonald’s. Only after I went to the store and followed up did they send me my order. Please beef up your customer service. This is absolutely not done

Unsanitary, no air conditioning working on both levels in such hot temperatures, delays in preparing orders (without such a rush / crowd), makes an unhappy meal at McDonald's. This outlet also has parking problems, big time.

Parking is an issue at this place...taste of food is standard....But I will prefer to go other outlet because of sitting arrangements and location .....
