Dio's Cafe - Surf City

This cafe has a cozy atmosphere, with great music that's pleasing but not overwhelming. The staff is extremely friendly, and honestly, who doesn't enjoy breakfast sandwiches all day? I truly enjoyed every aspect of my experience here. It’s excellent all around!

The atmosphere is fantastic, adorned with album covers on the walls. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The owner is particularly nice as well. For families, they offer silver dollar pancakes, making it kid-friendly. There's street parking available, and they also have a gluten-free menu to accommodate dietary restrictions.

We chose this restaurant for its gluten-free options, and I heard the gluten-free bread (or roll) was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our group. However, there weren't many vegetarian options available during our visit in May 2023. I would love to see more vegetarian selections on the menu in the future.

My family arrived here for lunch and had an overall great experience. Food was good, service was excellent. They have a separate gluten free menu which is awesome for my celiac daughter. I would definitely come back here.
