Contribuisci feedbackDuring our vacation rental on November 19, we were unsure of where to find food. The only place open was this Domino's, which initially left us a bit disappointed as we were craving something different after having fried food earlier. We called in our order and waited in our rental car. The staff, guessing who we were, came outside to check on us and kindly informed us that our order was ready. We were truly impressed by the quality of the pizza—it was really good! Thank you for your friendly customer service and attention to detail.
The staff here operates in complete chaos with hundreds of orders stacking up. This place caters to the entire island. They managed to get our dinner done within the expected time frame. Anyone who complains clearly has never worked in fast food before. It's Domino's—it's inexpensive pizza, and it serves its purpose well.
The pizza is consistently cut unevenly, with some slices being tiny and others enormous. Additionally, part of our order was missing. When we called to inquire about the missing items, we were informed that they were out of stock. We questioned why we were still charged for it and were abruptly hung up on. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.
Dominos is consistent. It?s a chain and the food is hard to mess up. During the summer season, delivery times are long (which is to be expected) HOWEVER my one star review comes from the delivery drivers lack of professionalism while driving. My cousinand I went on a walk. She was pushing her infant in the stroller and I am very obviously pregnant. The delivery driver saw uscrossing the street (I made eye contact with the kid) and almost hit us. Another bystander saw what happened and yelled at thedriver. We called the store to let them know what happened but there was no manager on duty and the teenager who answered thephone could not have cared less. Yikes. If you want good pizza, order from Michaelangelos. Unlike Dominos of Surf City, theyrequire a valid license to be a delivery driver ????
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... We paid 55 dollars for food and when we received it we realized we never got a sandwich. I called the store and a woman named lexi answered and she had a terrible attitude. She said they called three times and we answeredonce. WE RECEIVED NO PHONE CALLS. website said they were out of pasta. The website was wrong. They had pasta but no sandwiches.This is my first time writing a review but not the first time i have had problems with food and customer service issues at thisexact location.. If you want terrible customer service and wanna risk finding hair in your food(WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED THE LASTMULTIPLE TIMES WE ORDERED) this is the place for you.Only good thing about this restaurant is that its open past 10.
