Goldie's - Surfers Paradise

Awesome pub food at Goldie's Bar and Bistro. I been in for lunch the last 3 days. Off the weekday $16 lunch menu I tried the Rump Steak which is awesome and the Beer Battered Baramundi fish and chips is also very good. Also tried the $22 Angus Beef Burger off the regular lunch dinner full menu. A really good beef burger. Top notch pub food right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, opposite the Novotel Hotel on Surfers Paradise Boulevard.

I love Goldie’s weekday lunch for $15 the steak is always nice and hot and I really enjoy it only downside is the view is the **** tram Very nice inside of the place and the staff look well maintained

Live Music, Happy Hour! Part of the island resort.. Goldie's is a restaurant with happy hour 3 7pm. Meals includes pizza, starters, mail meals and dessert. I had the grilled salmon which is highly recommended. Others had the burgers which were burnt, so can't recommend. Hubby had the salad with prawns which was quite sparse. But tasted good. We did have to wait a long time for our meal but we compensated with a free drink which was great customer service. I was impressed with the food and service. Will be back.

Menu looked super online so I booked for Sunday evening dinner. when we arrived there, there was a shortened menu not even the Sunday evening special, which was advertised, had not a children's menu so ordered the burger and wanted only meat cheese and sauce, but could guess that they couldn't do it - so unfortunately we had to go. manager looked embarrassing

We had an event near. great location. good atmosphere.
