Baskin Robbins - Surfside Beach

I absolutely love Baskin Robbins, especially because they offer non-dairy ice cream options. Their non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is simply incredible!

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife, specifically a chocolate cake with chocolate and peanut butter ice cream and fudge icing. Unfortunately, the only thing they got right was the chocolate cake itself. Instead of the requested ice cream, they provided chocolate chip and white icing. I live in Texas and usually rely on a local bakery that does a great job. It's clear that not all Baskin-Robbins locations maintain the same quality. The good news is that we did end up with peanut butter chocolate ice cream—my wife's favorite! Although the icing wasn't quite what we'd hoped for, we still loved the cake overall.

"What about Baskin Robbins and its service? Wherever I go, I always have to explain to the staff how to make a banana split. It should be well-prepared, with a generous amount of whipped cream on top."
