Butcher Bob's Quality Meats - Surprise

Worth the drive! High quality meats, knowledgeable butcher, clean shop I think we found a new favorite.

We just sat down and had the Eye Of Round roast we have ever eaten. The flavor was amazing and it was so tender it fell apart in our hands. Kudos to Butcher Bobs for serving these quality meats to us! Thank you, Doug and Susan See you soon

Friendly staff, no lines, good choices. The only meat that was dissipointing was a prime rib at Christmas. Mostly fat and expensive. Beef roll up meat for jerky is good!

They have upper Midwest black Angus that's finished with corn and grains. That makes the beef WAY more flavorful than just grass fed beef. 90 of all beef is grass fed but then finished to get the marbleization associated with higher fat content) with grains. I am an old farm boy from Minnesota and that's how it's done in the upper Midwest. Less chewy too.
