Del Taco - Surprise

Great location and very close. They weren't busy when I went to Taco on Tuesday. The service was fast, and we only waited about two minutes for our order after we paid for it. The tacos were crispy and tasty. Del Taco is the best fast food place to go for Taco Tuesday.

Blows Taco Bell away in the pricing. I would estimate an average of 30 to 50% in similar sizes. You can also use zustadas, one of many things Taco Bell has stopped to use. Each of our last three visits there last month, I would have to say that the window service has been polite and fast. So, if that's not already well said, it tastes better after my baby eating with me!

I know this is just Del Taco, but some of her articles are really great. I love the Shrimp Quesadilla Taco. A few problems with this place: 1) Sometimes it's just going through. Once, while in this mode, they got my order wrong and of course I didn't know until I was through the drive and not ready to go through again. 2) Their green sauce is exceptionally good, but sometimes they make an additional fee for them that seems inappropriate.

This Del Taco location is the worst. Every time I visit, they always mess up my order. They are not truthful about the shake machine being closed, even when you can see them serving shakes at the drive-thru window and ice cream in the machine. The staff is also rude.

Warning to those placing mobile orders! It appears that the franchise owners have little regard for this particular establishment. The mobile orders placed through their app do not transfer correctly to their order screens, causing frustration for the employees when they receive a mobile order. It seems that they must physically go to the back to refresh another computer, which they do not seem to prioritize. As a result, customers are asked to come inside or wait for extended periods in the parking lot. It is not the fault of the workers, who appear visibly unhappy each time we visit. The solution lies in increasing employee wages, providing better training, and resolving the disconnect between the app and the store.
