Dunkin' - Surprise

Wow! We're out here with everyone else! Are you sweating yet? It's Saturday at 10:30 AM! We're just enjoying some drinks and having a great time together.

Incredible and rude. I had asked myself to put my two donuts in separate pockets so my children got one and the setting was crazy! also the donuts were put in the pocket on the head and melted so that the whole frosting was on the pocket.

Employees are lazy and rude. dirty device. slow service inside or drive them thru. orders are never correct. they'll screw up a simple coffee order. products continuously sold out. music so loud that you can't sit inside to enjoy your breakfast; they do that on purpose. They agree with their money, they don't go here. they find another place that makes it right and when they go here, they should fill out the survey on the receipt to inform companies about the chaos that goes on here.

This is the first place I ever had a bad experience. I went through the drive thru and wanted 2 frozen decaf drinks to which I said we could not make frozen decaf coffee and the aromatized syrup has caffeine and all the aromen were not to mention on camp to the bad attitude they had. I love dunkin, but this place is the worst and gives them a bad call. go on the bell, they won't say no or they can't do anything.

The service here is not good. There are so many teenagers working in there that act like they don’t even care about their job. They rush you when you order and 2 of the iced coffee flavors I wanted the girl says “Unfortunately we discontinued those.” So why are they still on the menu? That’s misleading. This is the closest Dunkin to me but I will drive elsewhere from now on.
