They never listen to directions. I always say, I want a light ice-caramell fucker not to be seen with and to refill all the Dutch brothers I go, and I see how he writes the instructions, and they just look like ice-cold Karamell fucker. we make it easy and they do not read the detail of not fill it back. bless her hearts

My husband should own stock in this company because he seeks them out where ever we are. I doubt I have pictures of some of the drinks he gets but he always appreciates that they offer more sugar free options that the other big chain that we don't even bother with anymore.I got a sweater Chai last time. YUM!!!I so appreciate that they have gluten free banana nut loaves! What a treat as I adjust to this whole gluten free life now and am often disappointed by the lack of options.Of course, the staff are Extremely friendly!

The Dutch Bros in Goodyear is by far one of the best, however, for the first time at drive through they did get order wrong. They asked me to taste and ugh, but they wouldn't take back. I opened my door and set it on ground below their window.They did remake the order for me. 2nd time a charm. The experience was my first bad experience and they are the best dutch bros in West valley with exception of the one on thunderbird under 101.

Great service, love the positive energy of the staff (and minion movie talk) but the long lines are almost a deal breaker. If it wasn’t for my daughter being with me I would not have waited.

WOW! We normally have THE BEST experience at this (and every Dutch). Tonight we waited in line for 25 mins (with only three cars in front of us)…six minutes at the window (really, without much of a greeting or communication about our order), and then our cups were messy on the outside. Hoping our next visit is back to the usual goodness.
