Einstein Bros. Bagels - Surprise

Great customer service here, but the bagels are not consistent, and unlike other locations, the bagels here are covered in bubbles. Heard from former employee that's due to over proofing?? Also, not good seeing the baker standing beside the building in his apron smoking.

The lady at the drive thru window was very nice . She makes the experience fun.

Clean, very busy, it was a great spot to pop in with my client to talk about the homes we toured. I love the vanilla hazelnut coffee the best no sweetener needed.

The entire plate bagel , lox,cream cheese with dill, tomato, onions make it the best brunch dish. I add capers over the salmon. Enjoy the best bagel with The Works Everything was fresh and the mainstay the bagel had the right consistency inside and the perfect outside. Not too heavy or too light. Perfectly done. Order early and have at home.! Dinner and a Movie?

They have a good breakfast menu. A big variety of options.. I had the egg cheese and bacon bagel sandwiche. Service was a little slow but it was Saturday around 11;00 AM. The have seating but it was super busy so you had to wait to get a table. Lunch is much more relaxed . With a great menu.
