Las Fuentes Mexican Grill - Surprise

Came at 9 o'clock and there were no other customers in the line. They said steak would be ready in 12 minutes, so we waited. when we had ordered, they gave me the steak at the lower edge of the dose, while they can see the cook literally cutting the fresh hot steak that I wait behind the servers. Why are they telling me to wait when they had steaks that they wanted to give me anyway when they promised something wrong? the answer I received was necessary to ensure that there are still a few left for the rest of the night. it should be 4 ounces of meat per serving.

Price changes today, in store only! Charged me for extra cheese and side tortilla... (I know a tortilla is charged in the app 0.40 cents but I have never been charged in store) and they said any thing more than a 3 finger pinch is $1.25 more for cheese.So I built the same meal on the app, extra beans, extra rice, and cheese, added a side tortilla and chips $13.85. Yet I paid $15.22 in store. There is a line and I don 't want to be rude to other customers but I feel scammed and stolen from by the employees.Receipt #10233 8/25/22 4:47pm

I hope this location feels good about themselves; there was a fundraiser scheduled for our kids’ school tonight. I’m wearing a shirt in support of the school, so they knew why my family of 6 was there. Made it to the register to be told they had CANCELED it. Heard from another parent that it was because she was promoting the fundraiser to other people in line.Shameful. Obviously this location is NOT supportive of their community.

This Chipotle isn't my favorite. I first went several years back when I was visiting Surprise to see the Dodgers at Spring Training. I made a mobile order, a bowl and chips, and when I went to pick up my order there was no chips and was told that none would be made and that a refund couldn't be done in store and I would have to reach out to their online ordering department to obtain my refund. I never did and probably should've never given this location another chance but I did. Have been back since and I will say that the other location in Surprise is far better. Go to that location if it's an option.

What's going on with this place? Seems like a clear lack of management. Product is consistently inconsistent. The staff are very friendly, but every time I come here it's a dice roll between mediocre and terrible. I hope corporate audits this restaurant and tries to help them with their issues.
