Longhorn Steakhouse - Surprise

The service was somewhat slow, but the food was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. The ambiance was pleasant and quiet, with ample space to ensure guests were comfortably distanced from one another.

We dined there for dinner, and I ordered the chop steak with mushrooms and onions while my wife chose the petite filet. Both dishes were absolutely excellent. The service was fantastic; our server was kind and attentive. The restaurant was very clean, and we were seated quickly. Our meals were cooked perfectly to our specifications, and everything was served hot and in generous portions. The bread, which was delicious, was brought out with our water, allowing us to enjoy a snack before our main courses arrived. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

The waitstaff was excellent, but the steaks were a disappointment. We dined there on a Friday evening around 6 p.m. and had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. The menu provides a guide for how to request steak doneness, and my wife ordered hers medium well, which should have meant just a bit of pink. However, it arrived very rare, so she sent it back. When it finally came back, it was one of the toughest steaks I've ever encountered. She managed to eat about a quarter of it before giving up. I had a better experience with the chop steak, which is essentially hamburger. Our waitress was very friendly, but due to the poor quality of the meat, we won’t be returning. Additionally, we both requested that all toppings be served on the side, but the kitchen did not accommodate our requests. I hope you have a better experience if you visit.

So freaking delicious. Our waiter was amazing! Thr butter was so good. Our food was so yummy. We got the Wild shrimp appetizer. It wasn't spicy at all. It had amazing flavor. I got the strawberry pecan salad with my meal and it tastes amazing! The lobster was so good and so was the steak and shrimp. I will definitely come back.

Oh my goodness!! Been here 4 times already. Love the food. Service is always great. Clean. Great atmosphere. Steak is amazing! Drinks are great, I recommend the amaretto sours. This was the first time we came in on a Saturday. Our server was Joseph. He was wonderful. Kept our drinks filled. Cleared off plates. Was very attentive. Brought to go cups for our daughter and her boyfriend. Highly recommend! ????
