Mcdonald's - Surprise

I went to this restaurant at 11:00 am without placing an online order. I simply stood in line and was served promptly. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed a refreshing Coca-Cola. The service was friendly, as always. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.

As a beginner at McDonald's, I don't expect much from a fast food joint. The breakfast here is always hot and fresh, especially the hash browns which are crispy and golden. However, the quality of the food seems to decline after breakfast hours. During a recent visit at 10:40 am, after breakfast had ended, the fries were room temperature and some were soggy. The meat was also not warm enough to melt the cheese. This experience has been consistent during lunch and dinner as well. Overall, McDonald's is a good option for a quick breakfast, but I would not recommend it for any meal after breakfast hours.

The staff was short-handed tonight, but the girl working both as cashier and server at the window was sweet and pleasant. I was served promptly at 9:10 PM. The food was hot, tasty, and not messy. We ordered a cheeseburger, a double quarter pounder meal, and two cheeseburger meals. Thank you for handling the pressure well! They are child-friendly with a cashier/server who is good with kids. There are over 20 parking spaces available.

The notorious milkshake machine does not work! mcdonald’s is one of the largest food joints in the world and yet cannot find out how to consistently offer a milkshake in their restaurant. they fold to a handwritten sign again and again. what a embarrassment to be the headline so many sweaty, yet they do nothing to fix the problem.

I waited almost 10 mins in drive thru to pay and get food. I ordered buy one get one Big Mac. The employee only put in 1 big Mac so I had to drive around and wait for food. I waited over 10 mins then went in. Their excuse was they couldn't find me. The sandwiches were cold and the bun was stale. Terrible customer service. Will not go back to that particular one again.
