However, we encountered a significant issue when our children were unable to combine their ticket points at the end because they had different cards. We were aware of this since we intended to combine them, but it was still frustrating. Overall, it was an okay experience.
We frequently bring our children here and even host birthday parties at this location. The games are reasonably priced, the pizza is tasty, and the service is usually quick. However, our visit last week was an exception to the usual experience. Many of the games were out of order, and the service was quite slow.
I ordered pizza and breadsticks yesterday. They told me it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, but it wasn't finished until 25 minutes later, and by that time, my pizza was cold. I also ordered two orders of breadsticks, which are supposed to come with two marinara sauces, but they only included one, and it was poorly made. Everything was crammed into a small box, and the pizza had very sparse toppings. I was really dissatisfied with the customer service and how my order was prepared. While I was there, I noticed other customers waiting for their wings, which they had been waiting for 40 minutes. The whole experience was disorganized and the quality was disappointing.
Booked a birthday party and it was a terrible experience to end all due to the incredibly low quality staff. We were the first in the building when they opened, and our reserved table was completely destroyed with spilled soda over the benches and rubber, garbage and food under the tables on the whole floor. No surprise that the employees/managers were able to take care of each other and do not disturb us, even if we complained about the chaos. It wasn't just our table, the whole place was disgusting. Other customers complained about the bathrooms. We were there in the 2 1/2 hours. Attentiond to our table because you think that at least the reserved tables would be clean... When the children were at the ticket booth to collect their prices, the staff member thought it was a good idea to talk loud about how angry children were and how much he didn't like them... with all our children standing there. Always rolling his eyes on the children when they couldn't quickly make up their mind and only a whole I hate my attitude. The managers apologise was that this is not their business and it is just filling out.... obviously if for someone else you are going all your knowledge about your job and customer service right out of the window.. If you want your children to be insulted to their face and a staff who care less about the customers they are supposed to serve, then this is the place for you! Update! The Area Manager came back to us and solved the situation so that I changed the 1 star to a 3. I believe that this was an unusual experience based on how much the area manager looked after and how shamed they were to solve it to our satisfaction. We like coming here usually, but Thursday 6/16 we came for buffet also. Such a rip off. I got 3 pieces of not fresh pizza for my . Same with my son. There was no strussel bread. The pizza was old the girls just quit making it at 1. Standing around talking. The buffet is open til 2. The salads are plain gross, and then some big pot of soup mac n cheese that no one touched. You need to do better.
