I had the kalbsparmigiana and my wife had kalbsmarsala. delicious. our friends really enjoyed their Italian meals. the restaurant belongs to the owners who are in front of the place and take care of their satisfaction of the restaurant there. maria, owner was professional, gracious and very understanding about a small problem with our waiter wedi. they and I discussed it privately and professionally; replaced us with another waiter. maria was great and reduced our bill. fantastic. I really knew how everything was treated. highly recommended
I haven't been in Portofino for some time because of the pandemic, movement and various other things in life. I was very pleased to go there two nights ago and I had her orange rough. It was fantastic. And now that things are normal again, I will go there much more often.
This place was wonderful! The food was divine, the service was on site and the atmosphere was great. I don't know what these few stars are talking about! Prices are exactly what you would expect for quality and quantity. If you have a cracker barrel budget, it's not the place for you.
No reservation required, sitting immediately. tic spaces apart. there is a bar with 2 seats, no bartender, server mix drinks with required. entertainment was an older man on electro keyboard, tuning sound like dean martin, pleasant. he did not ask all songs. our server very attentive, pleasant and with the help of the other staff, we rekten water, free plate of bruschetta and our teller were picked up, very good service. we ordered calamari, which was very slightly baked and perfectly roasted. not fat. the entrances come with the choice of suppe or salats. and the choice of pasta or sauteed, seasoned vegetables. the chicken, mushroom marsala is in the usually slightly baked and fried, the chef has taken my question for no brot .and I ordered the sweet. recd 2 thin chicken breast, perfectly cooked, in the marsala wein sauce with many mushrooms above, and my sweet of cut zucchini, carrots were tender and flavored. we both ordered the salate instead of suppe, very good Italian dressing. there is a good selection of desserts and images from them on 3 separate menus. the lemon cello cake was light, refreshing. excellent food, service. will pay a higher price, but it is worth it.
Everything was very good! The calamari was cooked just right with light breading. The eggplant parmesan and chicken picatta were both great . The lemoncello marcipone cake was very light and refreshing for dessert
