Taco Bell - Surprise

I consistently have issues with my orders at this restaurant. It’s usually something as straightforward as three supreme soft tacos, yet they can never get it right, no matter the time of day. Moreover, I've encountered this location closing much earlier than the stated hours—sometimes several hours ahead of time. There have also been instances where it’s 9 PM, and after waiting in a long line, I find myself waiting another 10 minutes at the order box. The only reason I continue to visit this location is that the other one is just as far but closes even earlier. Considering the rising prices, the experience is definitely not worth it—$30 for food I didn't even order? No, thank you.

We were missing four items from our order, and of the items we did receive, our requests noted on the receipt were ignored—specifically, there was no sour cream, and two items were burnt. When we called to address the issue, the team hung up on us twice. Understanding that mistakes can happen, we called again and spoke to a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. Unfortunately, he showed no willingness to help with a refund or replacement for the missing items.

During that 15-minute wait at the counter, I noticed another customer and I watching an employee in the back frying chips and eating them while still wearing the same gloves she used to prepare food for other customers. Additionally, they began turning away patrons who entered the restaurant. The manager never approached the front to apologize to any of the waiting customers; instead, she continued to work in the back, shouting at people at the front waiting for their meals. I also witnessed the employee at the front register being berated by the same manager, who threatened him with a write-up for accepting large bills due to a previous counterfeit incident, all while we customers listened in. I have never experienced such poor service and a complete lack of effective management.

We went here to get Mexican pizza. They were out. So we ordered two soft steak tacos, a crisp taco and a gordita. We were charged for regular soft tacos plus $2.88 for the steak (6 small strips) and a dollar for sour cream. There was a little cheese and a small spoonful of lettuce on these tacos nothings else! No tomato at all. The crisp taco had some ground beef in it and nothing else! Not even lettuce. I called and complained to the manager. He said he was sorry and that was it. There are other taco shops that are better in the community and fast food restaurants nearby. Think before you go here. They aren't big on congeniality either. Sad.

Drive thru was at least a 20 minute wait to even order food when the lobby was closed. More than 5 workers standing around talking. When I received my food my fries where cold. I had a bad feeling when they had a sign posted on the drive through that the Mexican pizza was sold out.
