Wendy's - Surprise

The breakfast sandwich featuring a large croissant is offered at a reasonable price. The Swiss cheese sauce is quite tasty as well. Overall, it’s a great deal!

You used to get really great fresh food, but lately the quality has been absolute terrible. I used to really count on this location for the best quality food but they must have either recently hired a new manager or new employee because every single time they either get my order wrong, the fries are double dipped, meaning super soggy and greasy and very old and the overall quality is NOT WORTH they money at all. Ive had to complain the last 3 times because they either arent reading the instructions, serving old disgusting food or sending out the incorrect order to the drivers. It really bums me out that someone new in the line is making such huge and easily avoidable mistakes because it really leaves a major negative stain on a once amazing location. If I were an area manager I would look into getting to the bottom of this, find out who is responsible for the inexcusably poor quality items and either retrain them or just look elsewhere for someone who takes their job seriously. As a paying customer who is feeding my family, I always want to be taken seriously and to be given the quality and service that is expected when you pay for something. When Im served poor quality items with lackluster service, it shows me that if they can send out a product that is so poor, out in the open, knowing that the customer will obviously see this, then the question comes to mind, what are they doing behind doors where customers arent able to see? That terrifies me and I may steer clear of this location until it can be confirmed that the recent employee or manager has been removed or retrained. I expect to be served quality items just add they are described ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING ILL BE EATING. If you wont eat old soggy greasy double fried food, if you want stick that in your mouth and consume it, then what makes you think this is what the paying consumer is willing to accept?

Almost no Bourbon sauce on burger. Overcooked chicken nuggets and no bbq sauce.

Wendy's offers the best breakfast sandwich, particularly the maple bacon chicken sandwich. I really enjoyed my Breakfast Baconator Combo along with the iced Frosty Cold Brew coffee.

I would have given it a 5-star rating if they offered pretzel buns consistently. It's fantastic that they provide the option to order their natural cut fries without salt, as they are already salty enough on their own!
