My go-to order is the Pepperoni Passion pizza in the small 9.5 size with extra mushrooms and sweetcorn, along with potato wedges. Tonight, I had takeaway from Domino's which prompted me to write this review. I would give this experience a 4 out of 5 rating. The reason for the deduction is that when I order through the Domino's App, they often suggest adding extra sauce like garlic herb for an additional charge of around £1.50 to £1.70. I find this a bit excessive, especially considering that the food is already quite expensive. The 50% deal is good, but I believe they should either include the sauce for free or offer a deal for multiple sauces at a discounted price. This minor issue aside, the food itself is tasty and well done by Domino's. I have no complaints about the service, so overall, I am satisfied with my experience.
We use this branch of Domino's often and always good food and very quick service and always good offers on.
I ordered from this restaurant, typically with my family, and we have never had any issues before. The staff usually find our house with no problem. However, this time I ordered two pizzas and one of them arrived burnt. The delivery driver was very rude to my sister, which greatly affected her as it was not our fault that he couldn't find our house. I hope that your staff can learn some manners because we were outraged by his behavior. Please address this issue Domino's, and also please make sure to slice your pizza better.
Pictures speak for themselves. Simply disgusting. Although taste was good, but after seeing not one but two hairs on my pizza slice. I felt disgusted. By the way.. I am bald lol
I have been using this branch of Dominos for 5 years, so should have clocked up some sort of loyalty, oh no! Placed my order for delivery at 7.05pm, still no sign at 7.50pm, they usually deliver within 15-20 mins. I was told that they had not even started to make the order because they were busy, so I asked why no one had called, no response to that! I was then told due to the collision on the A30 which is nowhere near where I live, it was going to be another hour and a half! Which is rubbish because the A30 is now clear of traffic! I obviously asked for my money to be refunded, to be told it would be back in my account within 5-10 days. You can imagine my irritation, so I have made a formal complaint to head office. I will never order from Dominos again if this is how they treat a loyal and long standing customer, I wasn’t even offered anything as an apology, disgusting!
