My dining experience at Chapter5 was disappointing. Both the chicken Pad Thai and crispy squid were bland and oily, and lacked freshness. The Pad Thai was particularly lacking in chicken. The complimentary bag of crackers was small, and the chili sauce was not enjoyable. I prefer sweet chili sauce. I miss the delicious food at the Old Thai House. Chapter5 should consider reducing their menu and improving the quality of their dishes.

This restaurant offers very delicious Thai food. We ordered beef pad kraprao and chicken pad khee mao, both of which were rich in flavour and cooked to perfection! There is the option to change the spice level for each dish, which was nice. Also highly recommend the chicken satay starter. The service is very fast, and the lunch menu is a decent price. We will definitely visit again thank you Chapter5 Thai!

Would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Thai food. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We have gone for family meals out with the kids, as well as for a couple's night out. I like that you can ask to change the spice levels for the meals as hubby loves it spicy but I prefer it less hot. Also I like the screen petitions for a cosier atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

The service was awful and the food was of poor quality and tasted strange, so we chose not to finish it. However, both my daughter and I later experienced severe stomachaches and I ended up vomiting. I am pretty certain it was food poisoning. I would advise avoiding this restaurant altogether. Something has definitely gone wrong there, as the quality has significantly declined.
