I am giving one star because they often closes early before their actual closing time and they always have the same excuse a system update. They should make sure the store is closing on time and not deceive people please. Thanks

I went this location location inside city central mall. There was supervisor her name is told Manpreet. She is very Rude, she refuse to take order when I just confirm My drink because name was mentioned different on menu board and was showing different on screen when she was punching I just make sure diet coke or coca cola and she scrolled her eyes towards me and started behaving rude and said “ listen I am not taking your order i am working since 10 years here” I said I just make sure about drink only why you behaving very Rude.There was one more customer standing behind Us even that customer told her why you showing bad attitude they just confirming order. She was Rude with him too. When I asked give me your store number she refused but that customer he said he will complaint about her attitude towards customer.I don’t know what they feel when they works that long at same place. Thay don’t want to take customer then they can put board sorry we can’t take customer because we don’t have manners how to speak politely with customers and if customer asks questions “sorry we don’t have answer”How she scrolled her eyes towards me I can’t forget”I will never ever go to this location anymore and definitely will tell my friend and family about my experience with that lady supervisor Manpreet.Actually she deserves 0 star.

I came at 6:20pm and ordered mozza burger combo and the lady working today made excuses that there’s a 10min wait etc. then i told her i can wait then she took her time taking my order because she was talking to the kitchen person in their language then suddenly she said the grill is off it is being clean and we cannot make you a mozza burger. Not sure why they clean the grill so early and didn’t even make extra patty for the mozza burger. Plus they have no seedless bun for the buddy burger. Talk about being lazy because they are closing. Disappointed and would never come back to this store ever.

When I walk in about 3 pm today, four of employees facing inside and telling stories, finally one of them saw me and trying to help me order Moza burger, when I gave her a 100 bill, she asked her manager”do we accept 100?” She said no, then they turn back telling stories again.

I come here for lunch all the time. Me and my coworkers always have bad customer service from the supervisor and most of the girls. They always see people and run to the back like it's a game they are playing. Wish the managers would do
