Cruisin ' the Dub occurs on Fridays at 5pm. Great place to see some cool cars, meet friendly people and have a burger. So glad A&W is organizing this on a regular basis.

Don't bother trying to visit on a Thursday or Friday as the businesses in this parking lot host a parade of old white people showing off their mid life crisis which they bought second hand and then pretend theu actually know anything about cars or how to rebuild them.

Today at 4:39 pm 18 August I ordered regular vanilla iced latte with meal and I asked to add less ice but when I took my order from drive through window there was very much ice in the coffee and I requested to replace some ice cubes as I ordered earlier but there was one other girl on different side and she came and started arguing with me, she replied that coffee machine add the ice cubes in coffee. I again requested her to remove some ice cubes manually because I was driving so I can’t but she didn’t removed that. Moreover all other stuff members are very polite and helpful but that girl did this kind of things many times with customers as well as with me but every time I ignored her because other staff members are very good. I didn’t know the name of her she didn’t have name plate but she wears glasses with black shades and she also has tattoo of flower on left.

I ordered at the wrong location and the lady there went out of her way to see that I got refunded. Excellent customer service and I'll for sure be coming back!!
