As soon as you get in grab a seat and table only 5 in there. This is a great place for lunch, great home made soup, sandwiches and pastry. Sandwiches made to order. Friendly service, nice size orders. Very quick. Lunch is busy as well as lunch take out so go early.

The service was great and food too. They readily took my last minute order and put together 10 sandwiches and drinks for me. Nice assortment.

Just a tiny cafe with the friendliest staff & excellent home made food.Today my hubby & I had a specialist appointment in the building & decided to stop in for a coffee & homemade blueberry scone.Both excellent!!!!!!!!!Then the gal in there is talking about the lunch special,it was Shepherds Pie.It made my hubby hungrier since he has been eating hospital food for 4 months.So he ordered one,it was a huge plateful portion.I forget the price but I think it was in the $8 range.He devoured it & said it was fantastic.....so others in there ordered it & said the same thing.I had a Breakfast Wich with my coffee $4.75 but I did not care for it,the biscuit was sweet made with sweet potato & their nitrate free bacon does not crisp up at all...............YUK!Will not order that one again & they make great food here.Their sandwiches are all $8.75,they have some vegetarian options too.They have 2 daily soups ...you can check their Facebook for the specials & daily soups.Most of their baked & roasted products are made from scratch with minimal preservatives & additives.Eat in or take out.......I saw lots of office workers taking out a lunch that they had preordered.Open from 7AM till 4 PM,Monday-Friday.Always service with a smile,its a feel good place!

The service here is fantastically friendly and kind. It's clean and small and quite welcoming. Loved the breakfast burrito with housemade turkey sausage, housemade bacon, and scrambled egg. Great combo! The pulled pork sandwich on housemade bread is also awesome. Looking forward to going back to try some other options!

The ladies make almost everything available from scratch right instore. Baked goods are awesome! The Nanaimo bars and Triple Citrus Bars are HUGE and to die for! Daily soups and daily specials are the usual here. From breakfast sammies and wraps, to Greek Salads and pulled pork, this is not to be missed!
