Browns Socialhouse - Surrey

While I was gluten-free, I enjoyed their many gluten-free options. Not very practical for a disabled person, but worth the effort for good food.

We both ordered our favorite Smokehouse Burger. My burger was extremely disappointing as it was extremely thin and hard burned. There was no sauce as we expected. One thing it did was a lot and a lot of cut lceberg-Lipus. We have often ordered this...burger and have always enjoyed a thick juicy burger, but the cook must have been really bad. The service was okay. When my partner told another waitress who brought us our lime cake that he had birthday, she was very pleasant and gave him his cake compliments of the house. I will still enjoy coming back for your delicious food, but just wanted to let you know that the burger I received was not anywhere near your usual standards. If that was the first time I tried your restaurant, I would never have ccme again.

If you are looking for reasonable prices, good service and good food, then this is the place to visit.

Brown's is more sophisticated in ambience and food exotica than its immediate competition--Sawbucks--just across the street. It caters to a different crowd. suits and ties and dresses here, quieter, more relaxing, less rushed. And more expensive. Service and quality of food are very good.
