Domino's Pizza - Surrey

Whenever I order thin crust pizza, I always request for it to be cut in pie slices, but every time they cut it into many squares instead. It's disappointing that they don't pay attention to special requests, especially when they offer different cutting options for the pizza.

I ordered 8 pieces of hot wings from this location and it was very burnt. This is not my first time ordering wings from Dominos but this times the wings was extra burnt.I called the store and one of the lady supervisor picked up the phone and refused to replace the wings for me. Furthermore, she tried to educate me that the wings supposed to look like that and telling me that I lied. I felt very insulted and mistreated as a customer. Here, I’m trying to give my feedback to this supervisor so she can get my orders right but in returns she called me a liar and refuses to replace my order.If I can give a zero star for customer service, I would totally do it. This location needs to retrain their supervisor and manager because clearly they’re not professional in dealing with unsatisfied customer.Guess they don’t want my business and I will gladly take it elsewhere.

Their food is always fresh and hot. The stuffed bread, Cinnastix and lava cakes are amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I ordered a bacon and jalapeño stuffed bread. Bread tasted good but they put sausage crumbles or smth instead of bacon, not sure why, which i was not expecting, so it was a disappointing experience bcz it did make a difference in taste and its not even on the menu.

I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and they were delicious. Unfortunately I had a bad experience this time and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread for my wife and it turned out to be raw. Literally raw. When I called to explain, the lady on the phone told me it’s normal and that’s how customers ask for it to be done, unless I specify that I wanted it “well done”, it’ll come out doughy.I’ve ordered this cheesy bread every time I order from dominos and never has it been like this.They asked for me to come in to “see” the raw bread as if I was lying.Once I got to the store, the staff couldn’t believe it… it was in fact raw. They reluctantly (why I say reluctantly was because they seemed like they were forced) to make me another one.It’s disappointing to see how unhappy they were that they had to make it right.
