The pizza was delicious with a great combination of flavors and textures. The crust was so good that I usually don't eat crust, but I finished every last crumb of this pie.
I had a wonderful time at the restaurant and loved the vegan Hawaii 5.0 pizza. The cauliflower wings/bites with vegan aioli dip were also delicious. I was happy to see the impossible burger on the menu and the server mentioned that they could customize other items to be vegan as well.
I appreciate that they now offer a vegan pizza on their menu (no longer just two as previously reported), but the high price ($20) and small portion size (6 slices) do not justify the taste or quality. I would consider going back in a pinch, but I would prefer to see more vegan options at fair prices.
The service and food at Liberty Kitchen was great. We ordered their two plant based pizzas which were delicious and more than enough to feed our family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7 and under).
The food was amazing. The cauliflower and French fries were incredibly crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations. The portions were generous. I will definitely be returning.
