Original Joe's - Surrey

We have never been to this place, and we have had a really nice experience in total. the server was friendly, helpful with the menu and made the meal pleasant. we all enjoyed our food, the portions were great enough that some of us had enough. for the next day. we especially liked the buffalo chicken poutine. a bit kick, but not too much.

Eating was very expensive. were very tiny. not come with any serviettes and forks to eat our salads. friends were burned and the garlic bread for rolls was soggy, wet and very greasy! I was so excited to try out that our son told us to go there!

Emigrated, waited on the host podium and ignored. Finally, a server tilted her hand and said, sit herself. there were no clean tables, so they had to sit on a dirty table. the server came and took the dishes, but not the table. we ordered a beer, pfefferminztee, a water, a steak sandwich and a soy chicken dish. my dish was served with the server fingers that grab the tip of the bowl into the food. I asked her about more water and she wasn't happy. I also asked for a glass of water no ice that I never got, even after I had asked for it twice. my evening was good, my was a cold, gentle chaos. the server never checked us again. I ate the top of the bowl and pressed the bowl to the end of the table. the server comes by and asked if I had packed it. I said it was cold, she asks again if I wanted to pack it, so I did not repeat it, it was cold. She then says, “You want it to do it again?” I had no interest in doing it again. no excuse. had to wait for a bill and server zooms to pass with a machine, but no bill we had a gift card and cash. So we waited when she printed one. When she came back, I asked the price of the soyre dish, twice! She never answered me. our bill was $53 and change. we gave her a $50 gift card and a $5 bill. of course she asked “change?” why not just ask for a tipp! I said no, as I just wanted, the $1.40 tip should be a note on her service. it would have been a $8.00 tipp under better conditions.

My friend and I were in surrey for lunch today. twice we asked for a refill on our coffee, but we never got one, and it didn't seem like it was because the personal was reworked, they had time to chat. to admire with parachutes and babys, they simply could not be reminded that we always asked for a refill on our coffee. so, sad, we probably never go again because of the service and I say sad, because that was great.

Only been here a couple of times but both experiences have been quite enjoyable- they have really good daily specials and we 've been there for Mex Monday,  and Whiskey( Wings Tuesday. Service is very attentive and the vibe is neighbourly and relaxed, and location is...very convenient. My friends just couldn 't help but keep ordering more tacos at a pricepoint of $3-5 they say those were really good. I just had the truffle parmesan chips(only $5 during happy hour?! and dynamite tempura shrimp which was excellent..
