Panago Pizza - Surrey

Our first time trying Panago Pizza. Staff were pleasant and order was quick. The two large thin crust pizzas had good tasty toppings, but the thin crust were very tough. The one issue that worried me was the staff preparing food did not have masks on. I would not buy pizza here again. Sorry as the crew seemed hard working, but this was the first food service place that staff haven't worn masks.

Our pizza from this place was delayed and when it finally arrived, it had very little toppings and the slices were tiny. This used to be our go-to spot but now we won't be ordering from them again.

My friends and I ate one slice of the disappointing pizza and then went to another place to get better food. When I finally contacted the restaurant during their operating hours, they said it was a Skip the Dishes issue. I have reached out to Skip multiple times with no response. In the end, I paid $80 for one subpar pizza. I usually enjoy Panago pizza, but this experience was too much for me. I will be trying a different pizza place in the future and will avoid using Skip.

Panago has consistently provided excellent service, and this particular franchise location is no different. I have ordered from this location countless times, often customizing my pizzas, and they have only made one mistake which was promptly rectified. Ordering online and picking up is always a fast and convenient process.

We ordered a large Hawaiian and it tasted raw. There were plenty of toppings but the dough was chewy and flat and not cooked. The crust was barely higher than the rest of the pizza, almost non existent, and we ordered regular crust not thin crust. We hadn?t had Panago pizza for a while so maybe they changed their recipe but I don?t think I?ll order from there again. They did give us a free pizza but it was the same as the first. Maybe they had a bad batch of dough that didn?t rise?
