Pho 99 Noodle House - Surrey

This is a really convenient place and it's pretty decent. Definitely a place to go to for a pho craving, but I would not say their pho is the best. Their portions are really nice for the price that they ask for and they're always generous with cilantro and bean sprouts on the side.

Pho 99 must be doing something right as there are now 7 locations. I have only been to this one and it has always been reliable, comfortable and service has been fine enough. The Pho has always been great and comes with a nice selection on the side of sprouts, basil, jalapeno and lime. A nice rich broth which is so welcome in the winter. Can't think of many things that are more satisfying than good hot soup when it is cold with the option to spice it up to whatever level you prefer. My partner and I have also tried one of their Bahn Mi selection and were happy with the results. Nice soft bread with a crispy crust (the only time I ever consent to white bread) and crunchy vegetables make it a good sandwich. On a recent visit (too hot for soup), I tried a vermicelli bowl with pork slices and a fried spring roll. The roll was crispy and filled with tasty pork and vegetables while the pork slices were very nicely flavoured but could have been charred a little more for my tastes. Still, a good consistent place and you get value for your money.

Fair...ordered spicy seafood rice noodles in soup. It's wired to have carrot and the noodles stocked together. I think it's pre-cooked. Portion is less than average in Vancouver

By far my favorite Pho restaurant! The food tastes amazing, the portions are good however after their new management, the menu changed and the portions got smaller for some reason. It is not as filling as it used to be and I'm sad that they had to change their menu and food, they had a great run while it lasted. Overall a nice Pho Noodle shop.

Can't get enough. All I can say is I love this place. Food is superb. Stop in regularly as it is close to my office. Lunch time is the best!
