Contribuisci feedbackI felt the 1+1 promotion was somewhat misleading, intended to attract more customers. I had ordered the rice bowl with some veggies, but I could barely find any of the toppings I had requested. There was no compelling reason to choose Pita Pit over Subway for rice bowls. The prices for rice bowls at both places are similar, yet the quality and quantity of veggie toppings at Subway far surpass that of Pita Pit. The photos were taken before I took a bite, and I didn’t even mix the bowl, which only emphasized the leftover appearance. We know that Subway uses GMO veggies, but even so, I won’t be ordering from Pita Pit again. My advice? Go with Subway—it’s simply not worth it.
Chicken bruschetta bowl cant go nothing wrong with chicken and rice, parmesan cheese is the wild ingredient here takes the dish to the next level. Overall healthy and delicious.
This pita pit location is wonderful! The pitas are made fresh and timely. The staff is friendly and professional. Always love coming to this location, it’s very clean, the staff are always so respectful and kind the food is always fresh and delicious!
The staff at this store are very respectful and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Food prices are gone sky high and stores are charging for food bags to take out but this is the only store that gives plenty amount of food and never charges for paper bags. Thank you.
Food is very expensive there. I asked for small wrap, and I paid $10 for that. I was expecting to have least 6-7 pieces of chicken, which is very normal, in wraps. You are not gonna believe, she just added only 2 small pieces of chicken. Upon complaining, they just said, that’s all we add in small. Are we living in 2080 or something for gods sake. For $10 you just add 2 small pieces of chicken. For these kind of people, Canada food industry is deteriorating. I would have let it go at this point, if the staff was friendly and nice about it, and understand my concern. Since they started acting rude without no reason. I never wanted to eat there and asked for refund, every time that lady denied, and started blaming me, and was so rude and said to me. Why did you order it then. I was like excuse me. I have every right to say no before you started making it, but even after you cooked it, I can still say no. It’s a common law in food industry. But anyways, Just for the owner your staff don’t have any moral values, how to talk to customers. They need to go back to school, and learn some etiquettes. It’s good, I was also adamant, of not letting my hard earned money to these culprits. The funny part is, coincidentally the police showed up at the same time, they offered me refund. Or else they’d denied to give my money back as well. As they had no intention of not giving my money.I hope Owner look into this and take some action on the staff behaviour, And provide food, as what’s other restaurants offer to that price. Because the quantity of chicken to the price asked was ridiculous.Never ever going back there. Have my friends and family, who goes there. Apparently they also know that lady. Shared the whole experience. Never ever going back their either.
