Pizza Factory - Surrey

The pizza here is delicious and affordable. It has become our favorite spot whenever we are in the mood for pizza. The prices are very reasonable.

I recently ordered pizza through Doordash and discovered a long hair in the dough when I took a slice. The lack of hygiene is concerning, especially during the ongoing pandemic. It's unlikely that I will order from this place again.

Today, we ordered a pizza and discovered a large hair in one of the slices. When we called to complain, the employee said there was no manager available and that there was nothing she could do since we didn't have the entire pizza. This was extremely disturbing and disappointing, as she should have at least offered an apology for their mistake of not wearing a hair net.

The pizza we just got is pretty hard and cold, the salads are overpriced the staff have poor communication. Very disappointed with how this turned outIF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD. Seriously waste of money.

Pizza factory in Newton was uselly good but ever since they up there prices by $2 more the pizza went down hill. Pizza was shiny, hard trust, and less topping now...very expensive now
