This Chinese family-owned restaurant has been a favorite spot for all-day breakfast in Surrey for years. When I'm in the mood for a light, comforting, and affordable meal, this is the first place that comes to mind. The exterior may not be very appealing, but stepping inside feels like being welcomed into a Korean/Chinese home. In addition to breakfast options, they also offer a variety of Asian dishes ranging from Bulgogi to Chicken Teriyaki.
Generous portions, fast service for one man himself and his wife cooking. Food is delicious as always.
This is just a small little restaurant that serves Canadian and Asian foods. Very clean and great food for low prices.
This is an old-school diner, frequented by regulars, including solo diners, older couples, and young families like ours. Prices for breakfast are very reasonable. Standard breakfast fare - pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, toast. Nothing fancy, just good old-fashioned food. Note that breakfast does not come with coffee or tea, for which you pay extra. But like any good diner, refills are free. We only come for breakfast, so can't comment on the quality of lunch fare.Interior decor is very basic and the place is carpeted throughout. There is free parking in the back, which can be a bit difficult to get to if you miss the turn off from Fraser Highway. The restaurant is run by a husband-wife team. Husband runs the front of the house and can be a bit surly at times, but somehow, it kind of adds to the idiosyncrasy of the place. They do have highchairs and booster seats, but they are often in poor repair, so best to bring your own if you have young children.
