Contribuisci feedbackI used to come to this restaurant with my elderly relatives for special occasions, but it seems like the quality has gone downhill recently. The food was hit or miss during my last visit, with some dishes being warm and others tasting like they were cooked in old oil. The service was also lacking, as we had to track down a server for a coffee refill and someone else had to clear our table because our server was in the kitchen for too long. It seems like the restaurant is prioritizing overnight parking customers from the hotel next door over providing a good dining experience for regulars like my family and I.
My wife and I noticed the large sign advertising fresh blueberry cake, so we decided to have a salad for dinner and then come back at 7:00 for the cake. However, we were disappointed to find out that they were out of the cake. Despite feeling let down, we opted for the fresh apple cake with two scoops of ice cream. Unfortunately, the cake only came with a small amount of ice cream and the dessert was dry. We left the table feeling disappointed and went back to our room.
The fish and chips were terrible, the diligent was raw and the whole was very oily. Oil must have been old. the tartaric acid sauce looked old and drying up. asked me if it was in the serving occupants for. a past sat. the pommes were soft, like my Pommes-crisp. I had told the server when she died and she said she would get me something else and I wouldn't be charged for my meal. She got me a Cesar salad with huh. that was good when I got my bill, she still accused me of fishing and chips. we were so disappointed. my man had a burger and he said it was good, but his pommes were also very soft.
The selection is quite small ,expensive didn't taste as good as menu made it out to be. I recommend not going to this even tho it's 10 off when staying at Ramada go elsewhere
My family visited this restaurant/location for brunch this morning and to say that our experience was appalling is a gross understatement. We first had to wait for close to 10 minutes to be seated which don't get me wrong is not that long if they...were busy. I would say about half of the tables/booths were empty. We had requested a table that we saw was open and clean. This one server said sure they were just busy cleaning. Well the table was already cleaned and then 2 gentlemen came in about 5 minutes after us and got seated before us. So after we got seated they got our drinks to us fairly quickly and took our food order and that's when things really went bad. We waited for almost an hour for our food which was all breakfast food except for my daughter who ordered a kids lasagna. My daughter got her food about 20 minutes before we did, and the dish itself was scalding hot like it had been in a microwave. Our poor server Sharleen was trying her best by making sure our coffee was topped up and constantly going back into the kitchen to see where our food was and would have to come and tell us that the kitchen said it would be out in a couple of minutes, well this went on for over a half an hour in a restaurant that was only about half full. It was our server that had to be the one that kept coming and apologizing when at what point does the manager step up and come to the table and say something. Those gentlemen that were seated just before us had got their food (breakfast items as well), ate and was paying for their bill when finally our food came out. There was a table beside us that was empty from before we got there which had huge chunks of food all over the ground(I have pictures) and it sat in that condition the entire time with numerous staff just walking past it and ignoring it. It turns out it was one of our servers tables but she had not had the time to clean it, well why wouldn't one of the other servers stepped up and help her out by cleaning it. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and one of the first and most valuable things i learned is that there is no letter I in the word team! There seemed to be a lot of servers just walking around trying to look busy and then our server Sharleen who was very busy. Once we got our meal it was luke warm and their self declared famous stuffed hash browns were bland with just a very small amount of toppings that were supposed to be on it. We honestly feel as though maybe our order ticket was overlooked or forgotten about which we could have understood if they had owned up to it, but to keep saying it will be ready in a minute for well over a half hour was a joke. A few things we also observed while waiting was a male server who started his shift in dirty clothes and another server wipe/pick her nose with the collar of her shirt. It just shows how low their standards to providing a clean and sanitary environment to their patrons actually is. Sharleen is an amazing server who truly tried her best with being so busy herself to try and make sure she was doing everything she could for us while we were waiting. We have had poor service before but never to the point where we felt the need to leave a review. We also over heard 2 servers discussing how another table walked out. Very disappointed with our experience and will definitely not be going back
