Today 28 aug at 4:30, i picked up my drink from drive thru, i had this paper bag which i asked the guy with specs to throw in the bin which was just next to him, i asked very politely like please and stuff, first he took the napkin which I don’t mind at all, then he made this face like i asked him to do something out of this world like you need to chill okay! I paid you for the drink and even gave u tip, Starbucks really need to improve their service, this is terrible. Customers has to be treated right, this is not how it should be!
Got a americano expresso and it tasted like they gave me regular coffee. I won’t go back there because by my experience they may likely give me an alternative to my order. Also the Blonde coffee is usually only available in the mornings as I was told by employee so then on another day I arrived at 7:30am and the Blonde coffee was just being made- why? place is open at 6am. Btw expresso and coffee taste completely different people that know coffee know this- My money was waisted
Don't go in drive thru , they really waste the time very late
