Subway - Surrey

I frequently visit Subway. The service is excellent, fast and friendly, and the bread and ingredients are fresh and delicious! I will definitely be trying to go to this location more often.

I don't remember the name of the employee, but they were disrespectful and made derogatory comments towards people of lower income. I was scolded by this employee when I simply asked for a condiment on the side of my food, and was even called names. It's disheartening to hear people speak down to others without knowing their circumstances. I am not someone of low income, and I don't know if I was treated this way because of my race, but it was very hurtful. I understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, but that doesn't excuse the employee's disrespectful behavior towards me or others.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and kind.
