Sushi Well - Surrey

My friend recommended this restaurant to me and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find with plenty of street parking available. We tried the Yam Tempura roll, Raup roll, Spicy California roll, and Smoked Mango roll, and each one was delicious. The presentation was also impressive. The staff was very friendly and attentive, ensuring my drink was always full. I will definitely return and would recommend this restaurant to others. It is a must-try spot!

We once tried. there will be no second visit. not bad. nothing to be happy. finally got a tea refill, but it was only warm. Last time we saw her. for those who could remember an old insult to leave a 2 cent, I left a nickel.

I was a fan of the previous sushi well standing in new westminster and decided to give this one try. the sign said it was closed at the weekend, but it was open tonit. it is under new management and the new owner mentioned that he did not decide whether to keep it open at the weekend, where a lot of the business from the nearby business towers is mentioned. slight changes in the menu, but overall the prices seemed more or less equal and very reasonable. I had a bentobox as I usually do and noticed that the nebelsuppet was hot and the tempura was hot and crispy (in contrast to the room temperature tempura I had elsewhere). it's something out of that, but if I'm ever in the opposite and want Japanese, I'd come back. if they are in the opposite, I would recommend it, but make sure they call to see if it is open if they want a meal at a weekend.

Unfortunately, Sushi Well closed down a few months ago without any notice to customers. I used to dine there frequently and it's a shame because they had delicious sushi, a very friendly staff, and unique pink dishes. The prices were a bit high but the food was excellent. As of now, the restaurant has still not reopened and their phone number is no longer in service.

I returned for my 6th or 7th visit since my 1st visit and review. Sushi Well in Surrey. I am continue to be impressed with Chef Jake's consistent execution, quality and overall value. Interestingly the menu was different than every other time I had been...in. Apparently under new management which came with a new menu. I had fancy rolls 1 and 2. 1 was seaweedless layers of lightly grilled salmon and rice with a delicate yellow sauce garnished with a dollop of pesto and a one of a caramelized onion and reduced soysauce and vinager. My second roll was a imitation crab, avocado, prawn topped a combo of crispy fried chunks of snapper and shredded yam. Both rolls were a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. I am used to the pink rice now and will keep going back for the above average quality, smooth service and great overall value. Oh and on my next visit I am anticipating the tuna tataki roll.
