Always wonderful customer service, food is great and reasonably priced. Love this place!

Sad to say after finding this place the last time we were in the mall. My wife and I were quite happy with the food. It was quite good, the FIRST time! Good enough we though we would try it again. I could barely eat a few bites. My wife ate about half of hers. I was torn whether to say anything or not. But did after alot of thought. The first guy dealing with me seemed like he wanted to make me satisfied. Then the older gentleman that my wife ordered with came out and basically gave me tge brush off, with no care of how this could potentially affect his business. Only my second visit and it will be my LAST! SATISFACTION NOT GUARANTEED

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I would never go to this location again. The absolute worst service I have ever received. I ordered and paid for my order in their online system and when i arrived to pick it up I was told they cannot take online orders. I showed them my receipt and that I paid and they just told me they could not help me. There were 3 people working there at the time and no one could give me information on a manager or who I can contact to rectify my situation. Two just stared at me blankly and the other kept saying I just work here . They then gave be 613 number for Ontario to someone who never called me back. I ended up having to go through their website via email to talk to someone. The restaurant would not provide my food or refund me. They just tried to brush me off.

Surrey central locationThe boyfriend and I usually have a great meal and experience, over all.But today, was pretty bad. We ordered the pad sew with beef and right off the bat, noticed the beef tasted funny. (Tasted Spoiled)Bring it back, talk to the staff manager, which they were so rude about.They didn't even try to apologize or anything, just stood there and argued. Tried to ask to get a different meat they straight up said no. After all that rudeness, we just wanted a refund. Couldn't get that either. Will never go back to this place again. #whatiscustomerservice?
