The Chopped Leaf - Surrey

The customer service here sucks. I ordered a salad and a few other things. Within a minute, I changed my mind and asked the girl if she had started to make my salad.. she said no not yet. So I asked if I could cancel just the salad.. she said no once you place an order, you have to take it LOL are you kidding me? The next day I called the owner and she said you can come get your refund. How inconvenient!! The cashier that gave the refund the next day was not apologetic at all, in fact had an attitude! Never going here again.

I ordered from here and found a wooden piece in my quesadilla. Not coming here again. Bad service and would not let me speak to a manager. Front desk is rude.

This is usually the VERY best and favourite place to eat for me. July 2 a friend and I ordered 2 Bankok.... and it 's delicious dressing makes it special but we were told that their dressing is a little spicier because it 's changed. We ordered one regular and the other light on the dressing. We both got very DRY dressing and the taste that we did have of it, wasn 't the same flavour as well as being extra hot. (to be fair, the gal had warned us about the spicy part which resulted in our decision) But my question to you at chopped leaf, if what you have is a winner , why did you change it? I was terribly disappointed, it 's my favourite wrap. I know we have a lot of people in Surrey where spice is THEIR THING. Can you give the regular nice dressing for those who loved it that way and for the extra spicy gang which there are probably a lot more of (but you can 't unspice or just put a drop or it isn 't the wrap we all came to love. Can you put some little spices on the side for those who are used to that?Personally it was so unenjoyable that at our pic nic I ate it, as there was no other choice, but I would like to be comped two wraps for me and my friend who also could taste no dressing on his wrap. Wow.. I ordered the Harvest Salad. It was almost ALL spinach and no other ingredients. RIPPED OFF!! 15 bucks
