Tim Hortons - Surrey

Tim Horton's is introducing a variety of new items on their menu, which is wonderful. Our order was accurate, fresh, and hot. Overall, we rate the food 5 out of 5.

The food and service here are typical of Tim Hortons, the staff is always friendly and the food is always good. The tables are not always clean, but that's because it's a busy place and the staff has difficulty keeping up. In this case they were out cleaning the tables and getting ready for their next Rush. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons for that meal when you need it.Parking: This is a busy location with many shops around it so sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge however waiting a few minutes will surely get you a spot, be patient if you're looking to get the meal on the Run as they don't have a drive-thru.

Probably the worst tim hortons experience I have ever had, stood in like for 25min. There was only 7 people ahead of me. The employees were disrespectful to guest that I've witnessed and once it was my turn they made me wait 5min at the counter. Won't be coming back and I will be sharing this story to everyone i know. My whole lunch break was waiting in line...

If here was less than one star I would give it to this place was the second time they mixed my order and always put my mobile order a side and waiting for more that 10 minutes for some one to give my order today again in the morning they mixed my order I opened after I have reached to my work as it was too much for me after my work I just went there to talk with the manager the lady said she is the supervisor I believe her name is Karen when I started to explain she almost yelled at me asking just tell me what is the problem with this order I said it was not my order was given some else order which is not in my diet her and the Oder lady works there said oh you should open your order before you leave our store its your responsibility and in front of other customers they both started yelling at me that I should come back and talk to the morning people was treated in unprofessional way that I had to leave they even told me if Iam not happy I should order from where else not from them I was shocked wow claps.I never had this kind of experience in my life if I was supervisor I would apologize and coach others to avoid these kinds of mistakes.
