Very rude person taking orders at drive thru today 22 Sep 3 30 pm. She should not be working there at all. Very poor customer service! She needs training for sure.

Took half an hour to go through the drive thru. And I don 't mean felt like 30 mins it was literally 30 mins. And it wasn 't because of the line up. There were only 4 cars ahead of us. I went in to go to the bathroom while waiting and the men 's bathroom urinal was flooded, bathroom looks like it hasn 't been cleaned in a week and the smell. ? Gag. This was the slowest and the lack of cleanliness factor was SO BAD that we will never go back to this location.37 mins we just finished. Brutal.

Attended to by a Gurvinder woman, who was rude as hell!Was with an acquaintance trying to order food. First she made a hand gesture to come to a till and whilst we waited she was busy counting money, totally oblivious to us!.This behavior was witnessed a Lady behind us with her young daughter

Hi, I thought you should be aware of the lack of customer service and care at the location I am currently at. Panarama Ridge #10 and 152nd in Surrey. I waited at the front desk to have my order taken, and they just totally avoided me for an uncomfortable 3-5 minutes. Too busy chatting in the back. Drive through was not even busy at all. Service has really declined to the point that it seems like they don’t want to be there. I would be shocked if this is the only complaint.They just don’t care.I’m going to avoid this location from now on.Place is also not clean.

First off their point scanners at drive through dont work where they keep asking to scan everytime I come to the window and the service of this Indian aunty this morning is so horrible. never a smile on the face always disgusted. Please give her some raise so that she can work properly.
